Job Description

Position Purpose

-In order to ensure that the company provides risk analysis and technical support for the maintenance and project team’s EHS requirements at all stages of process design, onstruction and maintenance. Establish and operate an ISO system related to EHS and as a backup for EHS managers

Key Responsibilities

-Responsible for the organization to evaluate the process safety and operational safety (PHA, HAZOP, LOPA) involved in the project design

-Responsible for company-level safety education for outsourced contractors and construction personnel for projects and maintenance

-Supervise and inspect company’s EHS regulations and STOP5, work permit, and LO/TO procedures

-Participate in design of project construction and review of safety technical measures, civilized construction measures, construction plan

-Responsible for the construction safety inspection during the project implementation, and participate in the safety inspection (PSSR) and completion acceptance before the test

-Responsible for project MOC control and evaluation

-Responsible for the management and maintenance of ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001 systems, including the development, update, internal audit, external audit, and continuous improvement of management review

-As the company’s security coordinator, responsible for communication  with the group security team. Collaborate with group security to set relevant security measures

-Responsible for the formulation and update of the factory security plan, and regularly check the application of existing security measures

-Participate in the investigation, analysis and processing of various EHS accidents, and form a written report to the competent department

-Assist the EHS manager in good communication and collaboration with all departments of the company, relevant government authorities, and third-party organizations to coordinate the company’s environmental, health, safety, fire, and security issues


-College education or higher, major in safety management or chemical, environmental management or other engineering majors

-Under age of 50

-5 or more years experience
